Health Sciences Students Testimonials
At first, I tried a trial run at schools offering Nutrition and Dietetics. It was a new field for me, and I had no prior knowledge of the course. Nutrition was just an initial thought for me. However, after exploring several schools, K.I.D.S. stood out. They were the only institution that truly clarified what Nutrition and Dietetics entailed. Additionally, they offered an upgrading program that allowed me to pursue it as a career path, even though some of my KCSE subjects didn't meet the standard requirements. Thanks to K.I.D.S, what began as a thought has become my chosen career path. -
Fueled by a desire to understand the science behind optimal human nutrition, I embarked on a journey to learn about creating healthy dietary plans. This knowledge, I believe, holds the key to preventing or managing numerous health concerns, including obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and even reducing the risk factors for certain cancers and other complications. However, the path to this knowledge wasn't simply about the subject matter. The quality of education shared by the tutors at K.I.D.S Technical College was a major factor in my decision. Their dedication and commitment to their students truly resonated with me, creating an environment that fostered deep learning and a passion for the field. Maya
Growing up, I was certain I would end up in a career where I would have to empower and educate the community on appropriate health practices to reduce the number of health ignorance in the society and prevent diseases. That's why I had no second guesses in pursuing Community Health as a course at KIDS College. I chose K.I.D.S Technical College for my studies because of its record of quality education, relationships built between students and their tutors that go way beyond class work or academics and the fact that all this comes at a relatively affordable fee with a favourable monthly payment plan. This is an institution that is focused on creating opportunities for every student walking through it's doors, preparing them with skills to help the sail through their lives and careers after college. I am happy to be part of this great institution. Monet
